Well-appointed and first-rate hotel in an ideal position away from the eating place. Generous and sensational breakfast, exceptional services. The early check-in.

It was clean and the staff were extremely friendly, beds were comfy. The room was excellent quality and great modern, had a pleasant view over the valley. The location in a good area was excellent 

It has central location and nearby a motorway. Glad I took double room, it was high standard and brand-new.

The breakfast was generous for our cereal, the best we had in Blackburn. Our room was soundproof and high standard with comfortable bed. The location met standards, it was perfect and nice in the town centre by 0900 

This hotel is nicely appointed and first-rate, has attentive employees with super service. The highlight was a continental breakfast in the restaurant. The location was comfortable and perfect because it was next to a Masten's establishment 

Generous and sensational breakfasts with bacon and the poached eggs which were cooked correctly provided by the extremely friendly staff. Excellent and ideal location, in the very large bar area. And just off the Cathedral, the pub near 

I appreciated being there, the place is good modern.

I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast and meals. It had a comfortable bed and included a spotless bathroom shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The staff was very knowledgeable plus the location was perfect and nice.

The staff were active and were around whole time. Had good sleep at the double room with comfortable bed.

Excellent location near the motorway and easy to find. Plenty of car parking and convenient for taxis. Nice and quiet location for a good sleep.

Double bed had a bump in the middle, not level. Old, uncomfortable table outside.

Every time in Blackburn we stay in this hotel. We liked this place, it's excellent. It has competent personnel especially Dan the Manager who understood our needs. The location is incredible, 2 km from St Oswald's Church.
